If you are a high school or university student who is passionate about health, language, or social justice join SBG as a Peer Translator!
As a Peer Translator, you don’t just translate — you educate through action! Your work helps make vital health information accessible in your language while also earning your community service hours, building your resume, and enhancing your communication skills.
With each translated piece earning you two community service hours, this is a quick and impactful way to give back!
Requirements
- Must have the ability to read and understand English to follow our templates.
- Must be a native speaker or have at least an intermediate proficiency (B1) in the target language, ideally having studied the language past the 10th-grade level.
Steps to Follow

- After verification, translate an infographic template provided by SBG in your chosen language.
- Submit your completed translation for review.
- Receive certification of your community service hours once your submission has been reviewed and approved.
